Ag Fibers is proud to introduce our modern fiber processing facility centrally located in Dothan, Alabama, the hub of agriculture and industry in southeastern Alabama. The plant design is the result of 15 years of experience in purchasing, processing and marketing products derived from peanut hulls. The very latest in smart control systems and process design give us the capability and flexibility to satisfy the ever changing customer needs in terms of quality, delivery and price.

The ability to meet these requirements starts with the raw material and its proper processing. The plant is totally automated with all critical quality control functions monitored throughout the production process. This degree of information provides the ability to identify potential quality control and production issues as they occur and implement the necessary corrective action to insure product consistency.
